Verify Your Identity
You may need to verify your identity during the check-in process. This is known as "authentication". Your provider may authenticate you through either email or an access code.
For example, you may see the following during the check-in process.
- Select either Email or SMS (text message). If you select SMS, for example, a text message will be sent to your mobile device.
- Click I have my code.
- Enter the access code. If you enter a code or email address that is not found, you will be prompted to complete demographic pages before being able to continue.
- Continue with the check-in process.
